We offer a different way of staying strong and healthy than going to the usual old fitness gym, running on a treadmill or lifting weights.

Come and try one of our classes that run Monday to Friday 10 and 11am, 6 and 7pm with no booking required.

You’ll be going through the same techniques, Drills, Circuits and punch routines that professional boxers use in their training.

Fitzpatricks Boxing Gym is a professional gym with a warm welcoming vibe that everyone will enjoy.

You can keep track of your training progress with our online training diaries and student training videos.

What have you got to loose? Only an hour in front of the TV.
