Punch and Lunch everyday, monday to fraiday. 30min extreme conditioning class, with oatmeal and protein shake to go. £6 or £8.50 with shake. Just turn up any day on the hour or half hour between 12pm and 2pm. see you soon

good to see some of you guys that havn't been for a while showing up at the classes lately. don't forget to have your loyalty cards stamped every time you to come so you get your free lessons. It's still cheaper to book on-line but for thoughs of you that never know your schedule, dont forget you can just show up. amatuer season starts out busy - 05/10/2010
since we changed the booking system with the amatuers this season theres alot of new faces in our sessions which is good to see. Don't forget the amatuers run from 5pm to 6.30pm and are for anyone between the ages of 8years old and up who think they might like taking up boxing and possibly progress on to A.B.A. bouts eventualy. Oct 30th show changed to an open show - 25/09/2010
Just to clear something up. Our A.B.A. show on October the 30th will no longer be a dinner show as first announced. Due to the show of interest towards tickets for our first amatuer show of the season, we decided to make it an open show to allow more people entry. amatuer and youth join together - 24/09/2010
we've decided to join the amatuer and youth classes together under the amatuer banner. The classes will run every day mon to fri from 5-6.30pm.
the under 12's only need to train untill 6pm, but if their still going they more than welcome to continue the full session. Price is £4 a session and you don't need to book. see you soon
