Debuts play the academy on the 30th birthday show - 25/10/2010
Sorry for the mistake last week saying that the Debuts would be playing here on the 20th. It's actually the 30th at our birthday show. The three young teens, who write all their own material rocked the place last time when they played after our 4 teams collide event. Our amatuer team will see action earleir in the evening in our first show of the season. Our 3 year birthday amatuer boxing show is on this weekend at the boxing academy, Oct 30th from 5.30pm. ''The Debuts'' set to play at our birthday party - 20/10/2010
The Debuts are playing at out birthday party here at the academy on the 30th of this month. They played at the last show we had here a month ago and went down a storm. These guys are 14 years old, they've been playing together 2 years and they wright their own material. They had the crowd rocking at the last show. we also have games including poker, craps, 21 and a Wi boxing tournament on the big big screen, plus a 60's- 70's disco. Money will be raised on the night for the N.S.P.C.C. and the amount as usuall will be displayed on our web site the next day so you can all see what you helped us to achieve. It guarantees to be a great evening. Aint they always here. keep smilin

Garvey Kelly boxes in the A.B.A. novice championships - 19/10/2010
Our own Garvey Kelly will box this weekend at light middle in the upcoming A.B.A. novice championships. The competition is for guys with under 10 fights. He's been training hard and ready to go. Anyone from the gym that wants to go can get dircections from us, it will be up in tewkesbury, Glos, this saturday the 23rd. We dont have a definite on the time yet, but it will be an evening show. Luke watkins who boxes at super heavyweight recieved a buy into the next round as there was no one in our region his weight. He will stay sharp ready for the next round by boxing on our home show here at the boxing academy, on the 30th of Oct.
