NEW GYM- NEW PRICES - 04/02/2011

GREAT NEWS . We're moving to our new site soon, so i decided to have a new price plan to go with it. Now instead of paying £20 for three classes a week, you will get unlimited classes and gym use for the same price. You can't beat that deal. One class will remain the same at £9 and £16 for two. We look forward to seeing you soon. remember we're still at our original site at the moment. i will let you know when we make the move. peace, paddy fitz

No more morning classes - 24/01/2011

 Due to the gym Moving in the near future, there will be no morning classes. Sorry to who this effects. Please do not book Book anymore classes for the Morning until further notice.

Well done to C.J. and thank you to Walcot A.B.C. - 17/01/2011

 C.J Singh boxed very well but lost a majority desicion on saturday night in the school boy championships to Lewis Saunders from Broad Plains in Bristol. You couldn't argue with the winner, but C.J. kept it close with the cleaner work, but  Maybe leaving a bit to much space between him and his opponent at times taking away the advantage he would create when he used angles. Still, he done himself proud and will improve while we wish the best to Lewis now in the rest of the tournament.

 I'd like to take time to thank Mr Scott and the rest of the coaches from Walcot for helping us out with everything. They were fantastic and i hope we can return the favor in the future. I didn't get to stay to the end but they were 3 and 0 before we left. Good luck to them. peace, Paddy fitz

BACK AT IT - 04/01/2011

 peace guys. were back it. Xmas is gone. It's time to get back in the gym and work the excess off now. We're open as usuall for buisness, 9.30am-8pm mon-fri. We won't open again on saturdays untill febuary though, so make sure to get in during the week. I hope you all enjoyed the break and look forward to seeing you soon. keep smilin, paddy and CO.
