friday fight club - 27/07/2010
for you guys that are allways wanting to sparr, our friday nights are all about that now. Our Classes will still run as normal for them that want , but Fridays will now also play host to Friday Fight Club. Big Luke came up with the idea yestaerday, so were running it out there for you guys to see who wants to become a regular member to it. It will cost just £5, There will be a coach on hand to work the corners for the sparring, any other training you want to do on the night, feel free to use the bags etc. Don't forget to keep an eye on your training video's and updating your on-line training diaries at www.theboxingacadmey.com

good to see so many old faces - 21/07/2010
It's good to see so many of the old faces that havn't been for one reason or another in a while. In the last 2 weeks we've had 5 old faces from over a year ago come back to join us. I don't realsise how much this place constantly changes with new memrobilia and pictures, untill some of you come in and remind me of everything thats new since you were here last. Our door is always open, so keep coming.
