tomorrow nights ''4 teams collide'' show is sold out and were looking forward to having our best show yet since we started them 3 years ago. All the matches are more or less even money, the winner will have to earn it. We've started our new season with a new policy (you dont have to book in advance for classes). We know there's alot of you guys don't know what your doing from one minute to the next, so now we've made it easy. If you find that you have an hour to spare and you want to have a session, just pop down, it couldn't be easier. you can just show up now for your fitness/boxing class' - 13/09/2010
you are now able to show up for our adult fitness/boxing classes without booking. Just come at either 10am-6pm-7pm, sessions only £9. It's still cheaper if you book in advance @ £8-£16-£20 (1-2 or 3 sessions). Now there's no excuse, no matter how busy your schedule, you can squeeze us in. Don't forget our punch and lunch runs mon to fri from 12 untill 2pm also. £8.50 inlcludes a circuit and frozen berry shake to go. www.fitzpatricksboxinggym.com

AMATUERS 4 A SESSION-NO BOOKING REQUIRED - 13/09/2010
I'm pleased to let you know that this season our amatuers will be open to anyone over the age of 11years, with no adavanced booking required. We have enough coaches now to be able to do it this way. All you have to do is show up at the boxing academy at 5pm, monday to friday. It's £4 a session or £15 a week, which ever suits you best. We look forward to seeing you. www.fitzpatricksboxinggym.com
